How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast our beans in small batches to ensure freshness. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! You can sign up for a Gregorys Coffee subscription to have your favorite blends delivered automatically every 2, 4, or 6 weeks while saving 15% on every order.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on sourcing high-quality, specialty-grade beans through direct trade and sustainable partnerships with farmers across the globe.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to get your coffee to you as fresh as possible. If you need to make a change, please email our support team within 1 hour of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring Gregorys Coffee to our G-Family members worldwide in the near future.
